Dark old skool boozer. Plenty of old wood and dark green with lots of detail when you get your eye in. Big mirrors, almost London in feel, overall. Four cask on including 3x Milestone and their Stout was pretty good (NBSS 3.5). I didn’t note anything from Globe Brewery, however. Nice old skool vibe which I enjoyed. Hasn’t made the GBG cut which on the basis of this visit felt mildly surprising. It was top 3 in town for me on the day.

Found this to be a really friendly pub. Good traditional style pub and the drinks were fine.

Agree with Charles Turner full of hippy type of people and the women were wearing comfortable shoes the beer s cheap but its bad
