A typical example of this rather sorry chain, mainly inhabited by students. I came in to eat out of convenience and was met with a tasteless, under-heated tiny pile of slop that my dog, had she been here, would almost certainly have rejected. The staff were idle and clueless. No real ale, predictably, so I had a pint of keg Sierra Nevada IPA which actually did taste of something but was for too cold and hideously over-priced. What a waste of time, money and oxygen these places are.

The pub gets darker inside as you get to the back. No real ale. Comfortable seating and serves food. Wheelchair access.
