This is a Harvester, so if you've been to one of them before then you'll have a fair idea what this one's like. Occupying a traditional pub (the Plough) the interior is something of a maze of dining partitions. You have one area occupied by the standard salad buffet in its centre, surrounded by various dining areas. The food is what you expect, although not particularly cheap - fish and chips is around £17 and a full rack of ribs, etc, is around £21. There's no real ale of course, just the usual sort of array of fizzy lagers; for me the best bet was the 500ml bottle of Sharp's Atlantic at a reasonable £4.45.

Harvesters are what they are. Personally I wouldn't go out of my way to visit one bearing in mind (in my opinion anyway) the food isn't particularly good value and the beer choice doesn't rock my boat.
