Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Duke Of Lancaster

Formerly the Shepherds Arms, located in a prominent town-centre position. Unusual tapered staple-shaped layout. Lots of sports TVs, and regular live music advertised. Three Moorhouses ales on handpump when I visited: Blonde Witch, Pure Witch and Lancaster Bomber (£2.10). Very boisterous atmosphere when I visited during the annual Blues Festival, but I imagine that it's a pretty lively place at any time.
