The Station has a serving counter that faces a tiled bar area and the central front entrance, either side of which are small laminate seating areas. In the left rear is a small carpeted seating area with a dartboard and an exposed brick fireplace on the rear wall. Televisions throughout were airing muted cricket via Sky Sports whilst some background music from the 70s and 80s played. Out the back is a surprisingly large beer garden with huts and plenty of picnic tables. On the bar, premium keg was available alongside Carling and Beavertown’s Neck Oil. The three hand pumps were drawing Theakston Best, TT Landlord and Greene King’s False Nine. I though the service was friendly, as was the pub, so I’d have no issue popping back in for another pint.
