The Olde Hatte is on the other side of the busy road junction from the Crown,it is also very handy for the bus station.
Once inside there is a single room which is split into two areas,there is a pool table to the front left,the bar is situated in the middle area of the room,the left side is a bit bar with only one normal tables and stools,this area is bare boarded,the right side is carpeted and has comfy bench seating and small stools,there were two TVs showing sky football previews.
There was one real ale on the bar which was Sharps Atlantic,this was a decent drink.
I was happy enough having a drink here.
