Ventured in last night when I had a bit of time to kill before my train, and noticed there was a sign up saying they would no longer be taking payment by cash from 1 May 2019. Just to warn those who don't always carry a card with them!

Visited again on Saturday before catching my train home after doing a few pubs. Curiosity got he better of me and I asked the chap behind the bar if there had been a change of management - apparently not, they've just decided to make some changes. I did notice on this visit that there are chalk boards high up listing what is on the keg taps. Also some of the keg taps have a pump clip above them so you get an idea of what is on. At least the hand pulls for the cask selection are still at the front of the bar where you can see them!

Visited last Friday afternoon. 8 hand pumps at the bar, with one of those off. Had a half of Northern Night by Wander Beyond at £1.90 or £1.95.
I noticed that all the old style keg pumps have gone from the front of the bar and there now appears to be a line of keg taps on the back of the bar. Seemed to be completely unlabelled but presumably there was a chalk board or menu somewhere listing what was available. There also appears some new signage externally and door used for entry has been changed too, so I am wondering if there has been a change of management.
I stayed for a second drink - this time Ekuanot by Dan's Brewery. I've never had a beer from Dan's that disappointed and this was no exception.
Very handy for Deansgate station.
