This is a Balls Brothers restaurant with a small bar with tables at street level and a more formal seafood restaurant downstairs pandering to the champagne and oyster set. There's a bit of standing room and a couple of draught lagers. I haven't eaten there so the rating is based on the experience as a drinking establishment.
