This is a great pub. Its nice and clean inside. It makes a change from a lot of pubs these days to actually have the landlady and landlord working behind the bar, which makes you feel like they actually care about the pub. the dirnks are cheap, they have a huge big screen projector for sports, lots of games & entertainment. pool, darts. Its a great British Pub. Its 15 minutes from town centre walking, and its right by the canal. The regulars are well-behaved. Its a local pub for local people, but you don;t get the American Werewolf in London treatment when you walk throught the door as a stranger.
