An attractive exterior with large picture windows on both street corner sides,inside there is a fine bar back with stonework and two wings,the right side with a high ceiling and some noteable features,the left side winding around with a short connecting corridor behind the bar to the other side.
Food is a feature here from a slightly upmarket pub food menu ,but includes sandwiches and small platers if you dont want a lot.The handpumps were drawing Fullers London Pride,TT Landlord and Adnams Ghost Ship (good nick NBSS 3.5) .Maybe nothing particularly exciting but a decent enough pit stop,the service was friendly but it doesn't stand out as a destination pub.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Prince Regent
Given the grand facades of this corner pub and the fancy nature of many of the nearby shops, you might expect this to be some sort of nasty modern gastro-bar with waiter service. However, it is still be a fairly normal - albeit heavily refurbished - unbranded M&B (Castle) pub, with the lanterns above the counter being particularly notable features. Has an area set aside for dining at the back, but there is further seating upstairs in the 'Regent Room'. On this first revisit for nine years, I found Pride and Citra (£6.40) on two of the four handpumps, with a Landlord clip on another and both this and its unclipped neighbour had little line cleaning signs on them.

A decent looking exterior but once inside it's pretty standard London pub fayre, four handpumps with just a couple on, London Pride and a reasonable Dark Star Hophead served by a surly barmaid. Not on the revisit list.
