The Plough has a central entrance that leads to a pool table with seating to the left and more seating to the right next to an exposed brick fireplace the backs onto an L-shaped bar counter. At the rear is another seating area with a mix of high and standard tables alongside a dartboard. The jukebox sat redundant as the televisions throughout blared out the One Show at care home volume. The barmaid was friendly, but I don’t plan on revisiting.

One of those pubs that's just... there. The lounge was comfy enough and when I was here earlier in the year I found it to be just about ok. But would I go again? Probably not.

Fairly small, brick built pub in a terrace of similar build houses. There's a small lounge area to the left along with a games area with 2 pool tables, a dartboard and a jukebox. Surprisingly there's a massive beer garden to the rear. Two handpumps on the bar but only Doombar actually on. It was OK for Doombar. I doubt that I'll ever call in here again.
