The Jolly Crofter has a central bar with a U-shaped counter the serves the right and a hatch that serves the left. The right hand bar has some banquette seating across the front windows and next to a dartboard at the rear. The television was airing muted Sky Sports. The left-hand side is a seating area where a television was playing Racing TV with sound that was fighting with the background music off the jukebox. Standard keg was available alongside Birra Moretti from the young mardy barmaid. This isn’t the worst pub along this stretch, but only just.

A basic 2 roomer with a dartboard in each room. The right hand side is bigger, but had 2 squealing kids in it. There's a jukebox in the left hand room which was playing soft rock stuff. Two TV's showing the horse racing. A very boring keg selection with a half of Carling being £1.25. It's a pretty poor pub, but there were quite a few in on a Friday afternoon.
