A good sized traditional pub which was carpeted throughout with bench seating, old style heavy curtains and wallpaper. The central bar serving both rooms, plus a pool table at the back. Six pumps serving three from Beartown and two from Holts. The pub was busy on our Wednesday night visit, maybe the majority of the drinkers were from the flour mill next door. We went for the Beartown Kodiak and Beartown Bruins Ruin. Prices were reasonable and the pub had a good atmosphere.

Originally a Wilsons house the Navigation was taken over by The Beartown Brewery in 2001.Sampled a couple of pints of Bruins Ruin on my visit which was on top form.

On 19^th May 2011 - no rating submitted
