Blue Scrumpy left this review about The White Bull
The White Bull is situated at quite a busy traffic intersection in Walton-le-Dale. It's a simple locals' boozer, which had friendly service and a couple of real ales. Thwaite's Wainwright is the mainstay. A guest was Cross Bay Hope & Glory, which was very pleasant.
There is a small front bar and another small games room beyond, with a table or two at the front overlooking the road. This was easily the best of my first few pubs on this visit to Lancashire.
