A fairly typical 'Flaming Grill' in a relatively modern building serving local housing developments. Usual split personality between family dining, in the large room across the front, and a local's pub with pool, darts and sports TV to the side and rear. Numerous tables outside too. On the ale front, there are a couple of handpumps tucked away at the far end of the bar, evidently serving GK IPA and another changing ale from the Greene King range, but it has at least achieved Cask Marque recognition. Nothing much wrong with it for what it is.

A very poor experience. When ordering our food the first two items we ordered were "Off" No apology offered he did not seem interested. When we eventually did get our meal it was disrupted by unruly children who were running around everywhere. One end of the pub was dominated by Sky television which was showing a football match. They would have been better not to sell food that evening.A major disappointment.
