Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Scared Crow
Detached pub, formerly the Fountain, beside a small a green in a quiet residential area a short distance south-west of the town centre. Fairly small bar and slightly larger dining area on either side of the central servery, with both parts having quite a dark, alehouse-style appearance. Also has a small triangular patio beer garden under cover of a marquee (albeit with all sides open in the better weather. Harvey's (£4.90) available from one of the three handpumps, with reversed clips for Adnams Bitter and Youngs 'London' Original also visible.
