Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about King William IV
Fairly plain yet attractive detached pub with a short single-storey extension to the frontage, benefiting from being set back from the old Hastings Road a bit which provides space for a little grassed beer garden. Light, unfussy, alehouse-style interior with a pool table to one side and enough floorspace for live music, etc. Also has another compact seating area down a few steps in one corner on the way through to the substantial rear beer garden. Pretty good selection of Greene King IPA, Youngs Original, Courage Directors, Proper Job, Titanic Plum Porter and Jaipur (£5.80 with a packet of peanuts) from the six handpumps on this latest visit.
