Customers beware me and my partner went to the Black Horse last night at 6.50pm for a promotional drink as advertised on the banner outside (Ref photo uploaded Promotion from 11am to 8pm)
We ordered our drinks I handed £10 over and received £4 change. I commented I should of had £6.50 because of the promotion to which the barmaid said it finished at 6pm. (That's not what the banner say's as you can see.) And when asking for promotion price to be enforced the barmaid refused point blank and was very rude.
