Alan Winfield left this review about The Potter

The Potter is an old looking pub that is a short walk from longton train station,it can also be reached from the phoenix trading park by walking across the rail lines, this is a public footpath.
Once inside the pub had a couple of rooms with a decent lounge and a more basic bar, when i first visited this pub it was a Bass tied house and there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Bass which was a decent drink, the other beer was M&B mild.
The pub was not open when i took a recent photo, but a board outside said it stocked GK Abbot and Bombardier as real ales.

Pub first visited 23/2/1991
