The Oak Tree Inn is a large estate type pub that is in Oakhills main shopping area.
The pub has got two seperate rooms with a large lounge to the right,this was not in use on my visit and a fairly large bar to the left,this is an oblonged shaped room that is fairly large,there was one long leather bench seat running the length of the room this faced the longish bar,there was a pool table in between the bar and the seating.
There was a TV at each end of the room one with Sky sports on and the other with BBC sports.
There were no real ales on the bar but i was given the choice of two keg bitters,these were John Smiths smooth crap and Worthington Cream crap,i went for the Worthington and this was a pretty poor drink.
This is a pub for the locals and not one to go out of your way to do like i did.
