The Norton Arms is a decent enough looking pub that is situated on the corner of a busy crossroads.
The left door which leads to the lounge was closed so i went in the right door, there was a small pool room to the left and a large very basic bar to the right, this was a large room that had a tiled floor and only bench seating around the sides of the room making the middle of it look too empty.
There were no real ales on the bar and they had run out of Guinness so the only beer option was Boddingtons cream crap which the lady behind the bar said everbody drinks it here, ime not surprised at that has there were no other beers to try.
The pub was far to quiet with no music or tv and there was only one other customer in.
If you are a local and like Boddingtons cream crap then this pub will be right up your street,it was'nt to my liking at all.
