Real Ale Ray left this review about The King's Arms
Built in the mid 18th Century as the overseer's house and later become a pub. The pub is the oldest in the village and the front lounge has a low beamed ceiling. The pub was busy with diners on our Tuesday afternoon visit. Five ales on, all nationals Bombardier, Abbott, Black Sheep, Caledonian and Deuchers. The pub has no Sky Sports, TV, jukebox or gaming machines.
