always been a favouritre of the family, but to book sunday lunch and arrive to find they have run out of food and we can "have a steak" is just such a shame, as we pulled off another booked table arrived, and they would have no food either, does it hurt to reserve lunch for those who reserve a table, the fact no response to my complaint makes me feel they have lost their touch!
