A traditional local on the outskirts of Wrexham. A wide fronted but narrow pub. A single room has a comfortable beamed lounge area at one end, a bar with a narrow drinking area in the middle, and another drinking area at the far end.
My visit was marred by no Real Ale in this Marstons house (one unused handpump)and it was the 2nd pub of the day where a drunk wanted to know the contents of my shoulder bag (see Red Dragon, Wrexham for the other).
