Druid Inn, Mold

Roadside pub up a small incline from the main road. This place appears to focus on dining. The bar to the right was full of diners in a raised area. The bar itself was on a slightly lower level with stools around. There are stone walls and there was also an open fire. Pop music was playing. Dogs are allowed in.

There is a separate dining room to the left and a small patio area to the front with picnic tables.

As the only drinker, I seemed to be looked on with a little suspicion. Cask ales appear to be mainly from Purple Moose. Snowdonia Ale is the regular beer, whilst Madog's Ale was also on. A third handpull had an Elderflower Pale Ale clip with coming soon written on it. The cider was Orchard Pig Reveller.

The pub is listed in the current Good Beer Guide but just didn't seem too welcome to a passing drinker like myself.
