When I passed it today, it was called The Crook Bar - but still closed for kitchen refurbishment.

The Crooked Arm has within the last couple of months been refurbished. It still has that old look in keeping with the old building that houses the pub. There is plenty of recycled wood in use. At this time there is one real ale on tap Deuchars IPA. The next change will be I was informed by the lovely Lauren the barmaid that bar snacks will soon be available. The pub was quiet when I visited, as most of the regulars were lost due to the refurbishment. Lets hope they all come back.
