The sign outside which used to read "Real Ales Good Food" has had the word "Ales" removed, so that it now reads "Real Good Food". Having checked out the accuracy of this - there was no real ale on the bar - I decided to take them at their word about the food and moved off in search of a beer elsewhere.

Not the Caley of memory. Gone very quiet these days. Bistro/grill ok for meal but not much atmosphere in bar and no music lately. Chain owned unlike most Ullapool bars.
