Apparently is the ‘sister bar’ to the Auld Motor Hoose but you’d never guess it, as it looks like a nightclub from the outside. And actually it’s done-up like one inside too - with black walls, red leatherette booth bench seating and subdued lighting. Wi-Fi, sit down arcade machine and darts area noted. At the chrome-topped bar I was surprised to find a pump dispensing Scapa Special and even more surprised to get a decent half for my troubles. Noted a good selection of Orkney and Swannay bottles in the fridge too. No other customers at 7.30pm but I suspect that would have changed a little later on.
