The Waverley Hotel is a single room high ceilinged pub with U shaped bar on the rear wall that supports standard keg. Televisions are found throughout and Sky Sports Sunday afternoon Premier League was playing during my visit with the wife and kids, the latter of which are allowed in until 6pm. The governor is a fan of Italian-American gangster films judging by the posters and paintings up on the wall depicting Sopranos and the Godfather etc. He had issues understanding my West London accent so we resorted to pointing and grunting, which worked as I got served a decent pint of Guinness. There were a few locals in and the language was a bit blue, but this is a local boozer so I expect nothing less. My kids have heard worse from me when I’m trying to put my socks on in the morning. This isn’t somewhere anyone would travel a distance to visit, but as a local boozer in these parts it hits the mark.

absolutely fantastic place,staff and customers are reall friendly and the laugh we had was great,drink is very reasonable and sat all afternoon watching all the top games on sky.the landlord is a great guy who just had us laughing all day!! recommended.
