Ian Mapp left this review about The Badger Inn
Huge, solidly built village pub. A corridor at the front room leads to a large dining area, with rooms stretching in all directions. End bar serving three cask - Cornish Best, Tribute (chosen) and one other unremembered. The Tribute was in fine condition.
Lots of tables and we were there for a well supported pub quiz. 22 teams gives you an idea of the scale. Fun evening, with plenty of interaction with other punters.
Thing of note? Well for a pub of such a size, they only had one ladies loo. Which meant there was always a queue when visiting the adjacent gents!
