Behind the "auld" exterior there is now a bright and airy modern bar/lounge decorated with light coloured wood panelling and flooring. There is comfortable padded seating around the walls and chairs at tables in the middle. Facilities include a couple of TVs, games machines and a pool table. There is a good range of drinks on draught at very reasonable prices. A pint of Tennent's lager cost me only £2.90 and Carling, Stella Artois and Peroni lagers, Belhaven Best, Tennent's light, Guinness and Strongbow cider are also available.
