A traditional "working man's bar" at the corner of a tenement, which retains its character despite some modernisation such as split level seating. The pool table takes up a significant amount of the available space, but it's on wheels so can, presumably, be moved. There was a fairly good range of beers on sale, including the unexceptional "Caledonia Best," which I'd never heard of before. There is a "Lounge" sign above a door at the side, but the shutters have been down every time I've passed recently, so I'm not sure when it opens, if it opens at all.
