Nice Hotel and welcoming but deadly quiet when I was in on a Monday night. No handpulls on but were selling excellent Sulwath beers and Houston beers in bottles. Very good food.

In many ways just what a pub should be - big open fire, two real ales and no television in the bar. Unfortunately not as popular as it should be with the locals, so can be vey quite, which is fine if drinking in company, but for the solo drinker can be a bit off putting. Overall though well worth a vist for those who enjoy their real ales.
