The pub is a good local village pub. The landlord and landlady make you very welcome and involve you in conversation. The pub is small with a definite male bias but a nice welcoming coal fire in the winter. Well behaved children are welcome at most times. the hand pulled 'Cairngorm' ales are highly recommended
