This pub is in a lovely setting in Portreath, set back off the main road to the beach and you cross a bridge over a small stream to get to the outside drinking areas. They lead to the entrance into a comfy conservatory, then you get into the bar area. There were 3 real ales on, and I chose the Dartmoor Legend which was very good. There was music playing as background music, and an interesting food menu on the board. A room behind the bar was all set up for dining, but the rest of the pub looked a well used local.
