The pub sits round the corner from the Parkhead Forge Shopping Centre. I found the place very busy, albeit there were no women, probably shopping while the men pass the time of the day. The interior was quite dark, not helping with the dark surrounding. Still worth a visit for some piece and quiet as the wife struggles back to the car with the messages. Then I go and tell her that she will be driving home as I have had too much to drink, as she took too long in shopping. Male chauvinist - not I.
