Stopped at the Scallion for a pint yesterday. Their house lager Rapscallion had a nice tang to it, only 4%. They also had Staropramen, Madri, Cold Town Lager & Pilsner, Strongbow cider, Tennents, Belhaven, Guinness, Beavertown Neck Oil IPA plus all the usual spirits. Recommended.

Formerly "The Captain's Rest" and later "Pharaohs," this is now more like a diner than a pub, although it is possible to just have a drink. On the Friday evening I called in, though, almost everyone else seemed to be eating, so I didn't stay for long.
