I've since found out from the mcpubs.com site that it started off as Buzby & Co, then Bourbon Street & finally Campus East. Then it closed.

I was there on 13 July 2014 to find the spot where the Bourbon Street Bar used to be. And there are my photos. I wonder whether another pub will open there.
