This was originally called Mac's Bar. Then, when the original Auld Hoose at 455 Gallowgate was demolished in 1991 on the Gallowgate, this old pub changed it’s name to The Auld Hoose. Then, when the original The Wee Mans at 361 Gallowgate closed down further along the Gallowgate (now demolished) it changed it’s name (again), to Wee Mans Bar.
