The place is set in an old Palace Cinema building, which was built in 1921 with seating for about 900 people. But like a lot of picture hall this was converted to Bingo in the late 1960’s. The place is now a bar / snooker club but has an excellent bar and plenty of seating well away from the noise of the playing area. Parking is available to the right in front of the shops.
