Great pub,Great Staff, and meals are out of this world. If your in the area pop in friendly, and in winter great coal fire.

I have been the Chef in the Ship for over 5 years ,we always use fresh local ingredients when possible and pride ourselves on the reputation for fine dining and bar meals that we have built over the past 5 years . we are now serving a 2 course lunch including coffee and shortbread for £6.00 7 days . wednesday is curry night with 3 curry choices as well as fries,chips,wild rice,naan bread,with afters of ice cream all inclusive £10.00
