Re-opened during the Summer, but probably not an improvement on its previous incarnation as The Waterloo Buffet. Now The Waterloo Bar, it is small and cramped, though with an improvement in decor it could be cosy. Its situation makes it a potential goldmine, but little effort or entrepreneurial spirit is in evidence. There was no real ale and no food on. A single, non-English speaking member of staff was on duty and the lack of language skills made her unable to hold a conversation. Until the situation improves, I wouldn't bother.
