Not far from the centre, this pub served Bass, Skinners Heligan Honey and Cottage Terrier. Two other beers must have been on recently too. No problem with the beer, and the food was great. £3 daily special menu noon to 3pm Mon - Fri.
Above details were of my visit last May, and revisited it yesterday. A 2011 Good Beer Guide pub still selling great real ale. Choice was Bays Devon Dumpling, Skinners Ginger Tosser, St Austell Tribute and Skinners Press Gang Cider. The bar serves 2 rooms. Music was playing and as we were sat by the games shelf, we enjoyed a game of dominoes.

Quaint old pub for tourists. Probably one in John O'Groats too. Been there, done it, but didn't buy a t-shirt.
