This was one of my old haunts in Edinburgh in the late 1990's. It was one of the first bars in Edinburgh to take advantage of the then Scottish only relaxed licensing laws by opening until 11:30 in midweek. A bit shabby then and even more so now there's still a friendly welcome and a good selection of real ales. There's also a games room with table football and pinball. It won't suit everyone, but I've spent a lot of time here over the years.
