Everything i love about a traditional pub- cosy, relaxing, great food, great choice of drinks, great standard of accomodation, but above all else excellent staff. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter the door. A real effort is made to get to no you, so by the time you leave you feel as though you've been coming here every day for years. A real gem in the scottish borders.
