Single bar corner pub just outside of the town centre. We arrived shortly after 11am opening on a Tuesday to find the landlady, her excitable dogs and one other elderly customer at the bar.

There is a large example of a Saltire on the pub's ceiling. Whilst there was no cask ale here, keg options were Tennent's Lager, Caledonian Best & Special, Magners, Bud Light & Guinness. Children are allowed in, as long as they aren't staying long!
