Visited this 2010 pub entry in the Good Beer Guide and was a little disappointed in the beer quality. There was only 1 real ale on of the 3 handpulls available, and that was Inveralmond Sunburst Pilsner 4.8%. The beer tasted so weak for a 4.8, hardly any flavour at all which I put down to the extreme coldness it was served. Maybe it is that way being a pilsner. The food here was superb and good value. The beer started to gain a little more flavour during the course of the meal as it lost some of its coldness.
