two sided village pub and restaurant in quite a secluded location outside Newquay. there is a notice about no ordering at the bar, but some locals were ignoring this- as long as they were paying by cash. I found this system a little confusing, but my app-ordered beer arrived quickly enough. The staff were friendly and the pub had a real locals atmosphere in the (very small) bar. Stone floored, two cosy fireplaces, huge bookshelf, pool table and sports TV. I swerved the Doom Bar and Sea Fury on cask for a draught Leffe, nice change from the usual keg lagers in pubs like this.
