A small and very comfy place, a tight horseshoe shape over two levels with wood panelling, bright lighting, stained windows (look out for the Bass stuff!) gold and red seat coverings. Diageo kegs at the bar; Citra (bleurgh) and Rockshore lager (ok) quaffed. Quiet, an older and more ‘respectable’ clientele compared to some others done that evening but I rather liked it, felt like a nice oasis of calm.
