Quite a neat Georgian looking terraced pub, with bottle display in the windows. The pub opens into an L-shaped room around the long serving bar to the left, but there is another room at the back (passing a passage that has several gaming machines) which has pool and darts. The decor is brick and wood really, with lots of sport TVs. No music playing at my visit. Service was good and it seemed a place for locals. Some mixed ephemera added interest. Had a swift half of Guinness, which was fine and also the Smithwick's Red. Happy enough to have visited.
